Whether you belong to another brokerage or have let your registration expire, your commissions are protected.
Regardless of which brokerage you are with at the time that your deal closes, even if it may be a few years in the future, you will be paid in the same method, as if you were still working at Zolo Realty, Brokerage.
As we pay commission via EFT, please make sure to update your banking information, phone number, address, and email address if you have any pending commissions with Zolo.
You will receive a T4A slip for all payments that you receive from Zolo Realty Brokerage.
We will still require that all paperwork is complete, in accordance with RECO requirements. This includes all signatures, initials and dates are in the correct places on the Agreement, Commission Agreement, any schedules, as well as all agency forms such as Buyer Representation Agreement, Working with a Realtor, all Fintrac forms, and also your signed Trade Record Sheet.
Ensure your deal paperwork is complete as soon as possible after a deal becomes firm, especially if you are planning to leave the Brokerage.

NOTE: We can not commence a new PREC Agreement after an agent is no longer employed with Zolo Realty, Brokerage, but any existing PREC agreements will remain in effect.
