First of all, congrats on your deal!
These are the steps to get paid for your deal:
- Be sure you have a void cheque and your HST number on file with accounting@zolo.ca
- Submit all paperwork and update the deal in the CRM
- Our Deals team will then process the deal and send you a Trade Record Sheet (TRS) with all the deal details
- Sign the TRS and send it back
- Payment typically comes within a few weeks of closing
Note: There are other factors that affect the timing of your payment, such as if the other brokerage is holding the funds and we're waiting for them to release them to us.
