All the training that you complete is recorded on your Zolo Academy transcript. This is a record of your complete training history.
Your transcript contains a history of all:
- courses you've completed
- certificates you've earned
- competencies you've achieved
- badges you've earned
If you want to know if you have received credit for a particular course, curriculum, etc., you can check your transcript to confirm.
Follow these steps to check your Zolo Academy transcript:
1. Log in to Zolo Academy (If you need help logging in, check out this article)
2. From the main page, click on the "transcript" icon
3. Scroll to the appropriate section (e.g. if you are looking for a course credit, scroll to the "Courses" section of the transcript
4. You may need to click on the "Load more..." button to load more records
5. You can sort the list by using the arrow icons beside the column headings (e.g. you can sort by title, by completion date, etc.)
5. Find the name of the course. Beside the name, check the status. "Complete" means you have completed the course and received credit. "In progress" means that you have started the course, but not yet finished. "Not started" means you have not yet started the course.
6. You can also launch any incomplete courses from the action buttons in the list.
