The purpose of this policy is to ensure that leads are served well by a Realtor and to preserve the flow of leads for those Realtors who are active.
Since Zolo incurs the upfront cost of generating leads for Realtors, we cannot continue providing leads to Realtors who are not regularly completing transactions. For reference, top agents typically complete 1-2 transactions per month.
If a Realtor has not completed a Zolo deal of any kind within the past 6 months, their leads (all types) will be turned off.
We also expect agents to target an above 70% call rate and above 10% meeting rate which may impact your Zolo lead allocation.
Furthermore, an agent has not done any type of Zolo deal in 6 months, and CRM has not been updated or logged into in more than 2 weeks, all previously-assigned Zolo leads will be reassigned to another agent.
Realtors who have not been with Zolo for longer than 6 months will have leads (all types) turned off and existing leads reassigned if all of the following conditions are met:
- the Realtor has not completed a deal in the last 3 months
- call rate is less than 40%
Due to the dynamic nature of the real estate market, this policy is subject to change at any time.
