Zolo's objective is to match local agents to clients in the same area. This is because realtors are usually most familiar with the areas where they live and can best serve clients' needs in the areas they reside in.
Zolo will set up an agent's neighbourhoods based on proximity to where you live as well as two secondary/adjacent cities/towns. We will set your account up this way when you are onboarded.
Agents can request changes to their neighbourhoods. This is capped at a maximum of one change request per month.
Neighbourhood changes are also subject to our Geographic Rebalancing Policy and might not be available if a neighbourhood already has sufficient agents to meet demand in that area.
