Zolo agents are required to use the Fintracker app to submit FINTRAC paperwork associated with their real estate transactions.
There are no fees for to use this app (with the exception of remote ID verifications, whic come with a cost. All other features are free to use.)
Follow these steps to sign in to create your account and sign in to Fintracker:
1. Download the app or go to the home page:
a. If you are on iPhone, download the app from the app store
b. If you are on Android, download the app from the Google Play store
c. If you are on desktop, go to https://www.fintracker.ca/app
2. On the login/registration page, click "create account"
3. Enter your first and last name, email address, and phone number. Select your real estate board from the list, and enter Zolo Realty as your brokerage.
4. Enter the phone number of your Zolo office and click "create account". (Contact information is available at https://www.zolo.ca/contact_us.php. )
5. When you enter your brokerage name and phone number, you will either get a pop-up with the brokerage name (image 1 below) , or you will need to enter the brokerage details (image 2 below). Either select your brokerage from the pop-up and click "confirm", or enter your brokerage details.
6. Review the terms and conditions by clicking "view terms of use and privacy principles." Review the terms, scroll to the bottom and check the box to indicate you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Then click "continue."
7. Click "create account".
8. You'll see the a pop-up confirming your account has been created.
9. Go to your email to find your Fintracker welcome email, containing your username and password.
10. Return to the Fintracker login page and click "sign in". Enter the credentials from your welcome email and click "sign in" to log in!
