How do I Create a Post in Zolo Community?

Zolo Community is your online communication platform to connect with other Zolo agents and staff.  Making a post is quick and easy.

To make a post in Zolo Community, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Zolo FAQ main page.
  2. Click the "Zolo Community" link in the top right of the screen.

  3. Click "New Post".

  4. Enter the title of your post in the header bar.

  5. Enter your text into the text editor.  You can use the buttons at the top of the editor to change the font, insert code, images, and more.

  6. Select a topic from the drop-down list.  This will determine where your post is displayed to other users. For example, if you want to post in the "general discussion" thread, then select that topic from the list.

  7. When your post is ready, click "submit".  You post will be visible in the topic section you've chosen.
