Zolo Community utilizes a spam filter that cannot be disabled. Occasionally, agent posts get flagged by this filter and must be manually reviewed.
When a post is caught, a member of the Zolo team reviews it for approval and release. We know this can be frustrating, but here are our typical approval times:
- During Office Hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST): Posts are generally approved within one hour.
- After Hours/Weekends: Posts will be approved immediately at the start of the next business day.
Tips to Avoid the Spam Filter:
To reduce the chance of your post being held for review, please follow these guidelines:
- Use Complete Language: Always use full words and/or sentences. Typing in short-form (e.g., "Y" instead of "yes") can trigger the filter.
- Post Once in One Channel and Avoid duplicate posts. Posting the exact same content across multiple channels simultaneously increases the risk of being flagged.
- Vary Content for Multiple Posts: If you need to make several similar posts (like multiple referrals), be sure to change the content and titles so they don't look identical.
Even after following these tips, your post may still be caught. If this happens, please be patient; a member of our team will release your post as quickly as possible.
