Following a topic the best way to stay up to date with what's going on in Zolo Community. When you follow a topic, you receive email notifications for any new articles, posts, and comments in that topic section.
So, for example, if you want to know when other agents post lead transfers, you should follow the "General Discussion" topic in Community. Any time an agent creates a thread or post in that topic section, you will receive an email notification.
To follow a topic in Zolo Community, follow these steps:
- Go to the Zolo Community homepage
- Click on the topic you want to follow
- At the top left of the page, click the "follow" button, and from the drop-down, select if you want to follow "new posts" or "new posts and comments".
- new posts - this will only alert you when someone starts a new post/thread in the topic section. You will not be alerted each time a comment is made.
- New posts and comments - this will alert you any time any action is taken in that topic section. You will see posts and comments.
- the follow button will turn blue to indicate that you are successfully following the topic.
- Repeat these steps for any topic that you want to follow. You can always go back and stop following or change your following settings at any time.
